My name is Carie. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with over 20 years experience and the owner of Weldon Spring Massage Therapy in St. Charles county, MO. I know first-hand how dramatically massage therapy can improve quality of life, and it is a privilege to work in a profession that allows me to share its benefits with others. I myself suffer from ADD and scoliosis of the spine, and massage has provided a safe, alternative method of reducing stress and pain in my body and elevating my quality of life.

As a state-licensed and nationally board-certified massage therapist, I offer knowledge in trigger point therapy, isolated stretching, and medical massage. I am also certified in advanced deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy and have extensive training in deep tissue massage and pathology. With over fifteen years of wellness industry experience, I have studied with doctors and gained significant clinical experience, and I pride myself in investing every ounce of my training, experience, and energy in every client I am blessed to work with.
